Cake Walk
You're looking for something called 'CakeWalk'. Great prog for over-lapping, mixing, creating, editing, etc... There is another one, quite similar, but I forgot it's name unfortunately... I'll post it up here if I come across it.

Unfortunately, I don't know where to download it from because I read a review about it in a PC magazine. I don't remember the site it have either, but that was a site to purchase it from. A search on Yahoo! should only take you 2 seconds.
